When your heating or cooling system fails unexpectedly, you need fast, reliable help. Berndt Climate Control LLC provides 24-hour emergency HVAC service throughout Verona, Madison, and Dane County, Wisconsin. We understand that HVAC emergencies don't happen on a convenient schedule, which is why we are available around the clock, every day of the year.
Our emergency response technicians are fully equipped with diagnostic tools and a comprehensive inventory of common replacement parts. In most cases, we can diagnose and repair your system in a single emergency visit.

When you call our emergency line at (608) 556-0324, you will speak directly with a technician or dispatcher — not an answering service. We aim to respond to all emergency calls within 2 hours during normal weather conditions. During severe weather events, response times may be longer, but we will give you an accurate estimated arrival time when you call.
Emergency service calls are subject to after-hours service fees. We will inform you of all applicable fees before dispatching a technician. Maintenance agreement customers receive no overtime surcharge on emergency calls.
⚠ CARBON MONOXIDE IS A SILENT KILLER
Carbon monoxide (CO) is a colorless, odorless gas produced by incomplete combustion in furnaces, boilers, water heaters, and other gas appliances. CO poisoning can cause headache, dizziness, nausea, and death.
The best way to avoid an HVAC emergency is regular preventive maintenance. Our annual tune-up program catches problems before they become failures.
